We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s).
All bras must have all internal and paper tags and be in new and clean condition to receive a refund. If this criteria isn't met, the bra will be shipped back to you.
If you have questions or concerns about the fit or size, contact us at email@example.com first so we can help determine if we need to adjust the style or size of your bra.
Once it's determined a return is needed, please do the following:
- Fill out our return form by going HERE
- We'll email you your return label
- Place bra(s) in pink polymailer bag you received from us, tape return label on package.
- Drop package at your local Post Office/UPS store.
- Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return.
- It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.
