We have a flexible 14 day return / exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s). 

All bras must have all internal and paper tags and be in new and clean condition to receive a refund.  If this criteria isn't met, the bra will be shipped back to you.

If you need to return your bra, please do the following:

  • Contact us at first so we can help determine if we need to adjust the style or size of your bra.
  • Fill out our return form by going HERE (we don't get notified when you fill this out so make sure you email us first).
  • We'll email you your return label.
  • Place bra(s) in pink polymailer bag you received from us, tape return label on package.
  • Drop package at your local Post Office/UPS store.
  • Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return. 
  • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.
