We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your bra(s). 

All bras must have all internal and paper tags and be in new and clean condition to receive a refund.  If this criteria isn't met, the bra will be shipped back to you.

If you have questions or concerns about the fit or size, contact us at first so we can help determine if we need to adjust the style or size of your bra.

Once it's determined a return is needed, please do the following:

  • Fill out our return form by going HERE
  • We'll email you your return label
  • Place bra(s) in pink polymailer bag you received from us, tape return label on package.
  • Drop package at your local Post Office/UPS store.
  • Once returns are received and processed, you'll receive an email notifying you of your return. 
  • It takes 2-7 business days for funds to show on your credit card statement.
